Leah Smith, Sales Coordinator
Leah brings 10+ years of diverse experience which makes her a strong asset to the Advance Group Team. Leah has been recognized for her exceptional customer service skills and professional friendly approach, as well as her extensive knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry.

Leah began her career after graduating from Kwantlen College’s Tourism program by working with Worldwide Shore Services overseeing the disembarkation and embarkation of cruise line passengers, thus strengthening her multitasking abilities and developing her intercommunicative skills. Working her way into hotels, Leah’s latest position was being in a high volume reservation sales office at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel where time management and accuracy were key to her success.

Leah continues to gain knowledge and experience by keeping up to date on the latest trends in sales and marketing, her latest course having been Professional Sales which she successfully completed top of her class at BCIT.
